Oh, another thing: I would vote for adding a link to the bugtracker on the main page (qt-project.org). Currently it's semi-hidden on the contribution. Also, the links to the mailing lists and IRC don't really belong on "Contributions":https://qt-project.org/contribute page, do they? I have nothing much against them being here, apart from the fact that I often recommend people to ask their question on the ML or IRC, and I need to specifically provide the link, otherwise users find it hard to locate.

How did I miss this post? This was fixed fairly fast after being noticed. The best place for these kind of acute issues is always "bugreports.qt-project.org":http://bugreports.qt-project.org

This is a user privileges issue. If you open Qt command shell and run @lupdate your_project.pro@ windows will ask you if lupdate can modify your PC and then the .ts files will be created.

Master Lee enter the #8 post in this thread. http://club.myce.com/f88/there-no-disk-drive-please-insert-disk-into-drive-184900/#post2155038 For some reason the unused USB drives were causing the problem. After I disable the drives configure seemed to run correctly.

Hi and welcome to devnet, You should rather ask this on the interest mailing list you'll find Qt's developers/maintainers there (this forum is more user oriented) From my point of view, Qt supporting old Windows version up to XP, it's rather unlikely that a WASAPI backend will be implemented soon (AFAIK it's available starting Vista). Also, Qt is not a low latency audio framework, it happens to work on OS X because the OS is already built like that. HOWEVER I don't say I can't/won't be done, if a backend using WASAPI is contributed, it might very well be integrated.

Hi, You can add Doc Notes after you've accumulated 181 points (http://qt-project.org/ranks ) In the meantime, if you find a mistake or have a suggestion, you can submit it at http://bugreports.qt-project.org/

While updating system font configuration, other application(like Chrome/Gedit) change too. But no change detected in QtCreator. Does QtCreator have a different config?

Man this sure is frustrating when trying to use these forums; I sure hope someone who works on the site directly can address this. I've never had this problem with any other forum site.

Apple wants to sell Apple hardware and software so they restrict building iOS apps to use both, although Xcode and the iOS SDK are both available as free downloads on the Mac App Store. In addition, the iOS Developer Program is $99/year. You may want to look at the possibility of using virtual machines, such as VMWare and VirtualBox, but I'm not sure what's involved or how successfully you can build iOS apps on these. The Wikipedia article "Virtual Machines":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_machine has more information and you can search Google or ... Steve

Thanks. Yes I see it now. I never would have guessed that (on my first day) because there were many grey ones that I hadn't read. So I am assuming that only the ones that were posted after I registered and haven't read are black.
