I guess the problem is that this side is seriously under-staffed when it comes to admins:/ It does take way too long to get replies. IRC sometimes works, I also use the report functionality sometimes (but am not sure how fast those reports are acted upon). And of course there is the component for the website in the bug tracker. That one is most likely the most reliable way to notify admins on issues with the site.

Whoops! I agree that missing documentation bits make a bad impression. No need to report this one though, since it's already fixed. But, if you find any more errors in the doc-snapshot.qt-project.org domain, please do file a report at https://bugreports.qt-project.org -- Reports in this forum are hard for the developers to find, and will probably get buried under all the other posts. Once Qt 5.1 is released (in a few weeks' time), the snapshots will become official documentation at qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.1/

The link should be fixed asap. This really looks bad.

OK, I have found one possibility on the entry page. If I remember correctly, this was there before. However, I found the entry in the topline more intuitive.

I have reported a bug report on a very similar topic "here":https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTWEBSITE-513. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have attracted any developer attention so far. Perhaps some votes from you and others might help?

I encountered a rollback; my post from yesterday got reverted to its previous revision. Perhaps some changes are being made by the admins.

Also, adding whole topic title as tag, is bad idea too.

Write to "web mailing list":http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/web or IRC channel. Judging from the looks, current format is taken directly from QDoc, so it looks the same in Assistant and here.

Hi All, Earlier i have installed Qt in sudo mode "sudo ./qt...". Later I reinstall it without sudo and it solved this issue. Thank you, Tobias Hunger for you help :).

The report option is going straight to the admins running the servers. I can't see them, so I can not comment. Sending a message to one of the top-ten users (or me:) might get results faster if forum admins are sufficient to solve the problem.

Sure, that was what I was aiming for.

Thanks for pointing out these. Many of the documentation issues are related to modularization in Qt5. We will look into these.
