Deleting posts question

I have a question for moderators and Tero Kojo.
What do you think should we delete posts like:

or let them stay?

I think we should delete such posts.
They do not bring any useful info for the readers.

Hi,

The first one is not really complete but at least the question is still there, the user can be asked to share what he as found.

As for the later, indeed, the posts being empty, there's no real value in them
