Sure it does. What you do not take into account is that there are several types of notifications.

As a simple example, you will get a notification each time there's an answer on one of the thread you created, on o e of thread you answered to. That can be quite a lot of notification. So if you clean them and then receive a new answer, then you'll have a new notification. If you do not want them, then either disable them, or do not watch the thread you answered anymore.

Nothing divine in that expression. It basically means that you can complain as much as you want, but that's not going to lead to anything.[1]
Similar meaning as "talk to the hand", "cry me a river", etc.

@JKSH Actually version 1.15.3 has been waiting in our staging environment for a while now. But that requires a server upgrade (or actually vice versa) and we'll do it once we have a good time slot for that.

well, maybe @AndyS could take a look at this?

Something may have changed earlier this week.
A patch was applied, update run, or the server change etc. 🤷‍♂️

Flattery will get you everywhere ;) But yeah, the forum itself is not a full-time job, but there are other things that the Community Manager would do that need better attention. I will still be around in any case, but I won't have to worry about the upgrading any more :)

Chimps have better reactions than us. I saw this programme recently where they're being shown 10 numbers on a screen for like a tenth of a second and they can immediately type back where they are in sequence. Scary. I need one of those to do my double-clicking.

This is mistake on the UI side, it should have been possible to request the removal via this but it seems that this is not working. I will pass this on for you.

You develop libraries to create graphical user interfaces, so I would expect that you can provide a button to remove an account on your website.

We are in the process of making this an automatic process, but currently the removal of an account is done manually to make sure everything is cleaned up correctly in accordance to GDPR compliance.

Please immediately remove all my Qt accounts (Forum: samfux84 and my general Qt account).

If you can PM me your email address then I will pass this on internally to the people who remove the Qt Accounts and they will take care of it for you.
