How to access tags on the fresh webpage design?

Since a couple of days we have a new design for the devnet webpage. It looks nice and fresh, but it seems to lack some functionality.

Does somebody know how to access a search based on tags?

At the moment apparently the tags may be accessed only through tags defined in a thread. This works partly, but only when I have already one of the threads with that specific tag.
The old implementation had its issues, but at least it provided some functionality even if not optimal, it was helpful.

OK, I have found one possibility on the entry page.
If I remember correctly, this was there before. However, I found the entry in the topline more intuitive.
