    Hi All,
I would like to use Qt5 with X11 windowing system (in Embedded Linux). I would like to know how to use X11 with Qt5? Anyone tried it? It would be great if I get some sample code which make use of X11 in Qt5.

    Looking forward to your reply...

    Thank you in advance,
    Ajith P V

      Hi,

Qt 5 already supports X11 through the xcb plugin. What problem do you have ?

Hello, i am trying to cross compile QT for Linaro linux on ZEDBOARD with arm-xilinx-linux-gnueabi- toolchain. As we know linaro is a desktop OS so i have already in my remote card X11. I have been trying to compile QT for X11. I am experiencing an issue that when i type ./configure -qt-xcb , i get an error that -qt-xcb is not recognized. Please if anyone did compile it with success help me i am stuck at this phase for more then on week .
