Building Qt 5.2 Alpha - Unix

Hi,
I downloaded the 5.2 Alpha source files, but I'm having trouble trying to install it. I'm following the instructions in the README file, but when I try to run "configure", I'm getting the following error :

What OS are you running with what version of gcc and which sources did you download ?

- I'm on Ubuntu 12.04.1 64 bits;
- running gcc 4.6.3;
- downloaded the sources at http://download.qt-project.org/development_releases/qt/5.2/5.2.0-alpha/single/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.2.0-alpha.tar.gz
