Are you talking about GSM/3G network? In this case check the Bearer module of Qt Mobility.

Check the Qt Mobility Location API.
Also you have posted it in Desktop forum, please use Mobile and Embedded forum.

It is included in Nokia Qt SDK together with documentation.
