It's a "feature" of the code highlighter, a bit odd yes, but we will not make changes to it.

And we can even write some "whitespace":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitespace_(programming_language) code.

We discussed it a while back, landing on not being able to delete the post. The reasons are to conserve the flow of conversation. Even if you replace the content of your post with "(removed)" the post entry will be there so if some of the later posts in that thread doesn't make any sense what so ever you can see that there was an earlier post there before, and it was probably a reply to that. Hopefully that makes sense. :)

In other browser, say using Safari now, when I add a link and press enter and in the next line type something, the line break is not recognized and the text appears next to the link. I have to add a space after the link and then press enter (sometimes 2 line breaks), then it works fine.
