Good knowledge of multi threaded programming.
Hands on experience on Socket programming/ Networking
Strong object oriented programming skills.
Phenomenal debugging skills and perseverance.
Strong analytical skills to identify memory leaks and dead locks.
Great design/User Interface skills.
Ability to develop features that solve real consumer problems.
Has worked on desktop based and user based applications.
Exposure to QT Qt cross platform application development.

Checking LinkedIn ("http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=349847":undefined), I see Knut's current title as Qt Open Source Community Manager at Digia. It was my understanding that his role was Developer community management. The online community manager role is different to my understanding.
