Problems when Qt online installing

Hi,
for some reasons I needed to switch over to Windows 10 x64 from Windows 7.
It's more than I day I'm trying to using the online installer install Qt 5.12. But it faces problems and also the download rate is very bad.
I may need to go for the archived versions of Qt 5.12.Is there any current issue with Qt's servers that is the source of the issue?
Is there any valuable difference between the online installed version of Qt and the archived one?
And what's qt 5.12.1 snapshot? Should I choose that, instead of 5.12, by the online installer if I go for that?Thanks.

You might be hitting a faulty mirror. Did you try setting a different one ?

I have been just trying the online installer. I don't know about the real source of the issue, but since I'm unfortunately living in a hell country named Iran, everything is possible. People are under pressure from the gov not to have good and free access to international websites, and from the other side, under another pressure from western servers because they have the IP of Iran.
Only people are damaged.
Think how can I focus on programming while it can take a long time just to use the online installer to install Qt.
Not a very good forum conversation. Let it go.I went for another try using the online. And renewed my Internet service with extra bandwidth.
Please answer questions #2 and 3.
For instance, while my bandwidth is 8 mbps ADSL, the download rate should be around that. Here is a screenshot:
B in 54.56KiB/sec must be byte. Isn't it?
