How to control Arduino from Qt

not worked anymore.What else way can I install SDK ?

Use the open source version from here
https://www.qt.io/download
Just install mingw . it has compiler and all included.
do not install all there is. many GB you dont need :)

This article you link to is very outdated. The Qt 5 download area is here. Qt 4 has reached end of life since a coupe of years.
