Problem with Smart Installer

I have a problem submitting an app to Ovi that's related to the smart installer. I know the Nokia forums are probably the place for this but they are closed. In any case, I think this could be a bug with the smart installer.

The smart installer gives the following message...
"To continue this installation later, select this icon in your application menu"

After selecting "Smart installer" icon, the "No pending installation" prompt is displayed. The "Smart Installer" icon is missing after selecting ok button and the application does not install successfully.

This is with Qt 4.7.1, Symbian^3, Smart Installer build 0.46. The install was created by Qt Creator by ticking the box to include the smart installer.
