QT Location With Local Map Server

I need to know how can i start local map server like OpenstreetMap , How can i download database and run in my Linux Server ?
and then How can i use that data base in QT ...
i need to have fast map navigation and routing system in my Offline Computer ...

Have any idea about it ?

A quick search returns that wiki page from OpenStreetMap. In any case, you should ask them for that kind of setup.
