Looks like your Qt is not installed properly. Are you using Qt creator or MSVC++ ? Which Qt software did you download ? Can you show me the link ?

In addition to what @dheerendra wrote, since you installed Qt fro MSVC2015, did you install Visual Studio 2015 ? If so, did you select the C++ tools ?
