I am trying to install PyQt for Windows7 and I keep getting 'nmake' is not a recognized command such as the (very) old thread below. I already have Visual Studios 2015 community installed and have used the c++ compiler through Visual Studios. I have set the PATH variable to include the path to Qt binaries. Not sure what to do.

Re: 'nmake' is not recognized in the Qt command prompt?

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

You should start from a command prompt already configured for Visual Studio or one provided by Qt.
