1. where i can read about the architecture of the project qt creator(class diagrams, sysmanual, etc)?
2. how do you know which plug-ins can be disabled when building qt creator (whether between dependence)?
  3)How qt and mingw version choose to build qt Creator 3.6.0 ?
3. Can i use qt creator for own needs and recreate logo, iacons, main menu etc ?

If you want to talk about design and internals of Qt Creator, you should post your questions directly on the Qt Creator mailing list and/or go on the #qt-creator IRC channel. You'll find there Qt Creator's developers/maintainers (this forum is more user oriented)
