How can I connect program for android on Qt and Cypress PSoC, using BLE?

[ADR-007]

I write for PSoC BLE demo project.
Launches android smartphone CySmart.
I getting data from the PSoC on a smartphone.
Everything works.

I compile Qt demo program "Bluetooth Low Energy scanner example".
Writing on her phone.
This program NOT sees PSoC.
