    I could build QT on windows. Now I have to build QTCore without android.
    I could not find any android config option which could skip android.
    How do I do that?

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

      Do you mean you want to build Qt for Windows ?

        @SGaist Yes, on windows.
        I followed the steps mentioned here -- http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/windows-building.html
        This link : http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/licensing.html says that QTCore links with Android c++ run time(QT For android). We do not want to use GPLv3 licensed stuff.
        Though I think whatever steps I followed for building on windows are correct and it wont include the android component but I want to be double sure.

        Also, If I download community edition from http://www.qt.io/download-open-source/ for windows, will I get that android component linked to QTCore?

          If you are building Qt for Windows, it won't link to the Android runtime
