    Hi folks,

I have a little problem with Qt on Mavericks.
XCode 6 is installed and running. Qt WebInstaller loaded and installed. When starting Qt Creator it only shows "Qt Creator" in the top menu bar. No Window .. nothing else.
I have gone through reinstalls, (even reboot), reinstalling XCode 6, compiling from source - what else can I do?
    Am I missing something?
Or is there a known problem with Xcode6?

Thanks for reading though my problem.

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Xcode 6 has brought a several problems. You can find some and solutions on this forum and also on the interest mailing list.

If you would just like to start working, you should consider using provisorily Xcode 5.1.1

        Thanks for the hint.
No effect. It seems to be connected to my user account. If I create a new account it works.

Are there any settings that qt might leave in an ini file or anything that is read after startup of the creator?

          Fixed.

          Just delete folder
          /User/..../.config/QtProject
