Opening a TS file in Trados or Lingo

Hello,

I have translated a software and would like to open my string file or TS. file in Trados or Lingo to develop a translation memory and terminology database, how do I go about converting this format into a compatible format with Trados or Lingo.

Are those able to load XML files ? You can learn more about the TS format in the "Qt Linguist Manual: TS File Format" from Qt's documentation
