You asked about installer not being able to connect, now you're asking about QtCreator not running.
So, were you able to install Qt and QtCreator, but QtCreator does not start? -

@Christian-Ehrlicher I tried all sorts of things. Changed the mirror, changed the operating system, changed the version of the installed software, tried it at the company and tried it at home. I also tried turning the VPN off and on.

This issue isn't related to Qt.
Contact your internet provider or your network admin to fix it.
