    QT design studio, 4.3.0, Built on Sep 29 2023 13:15:34. Windows 11 PC. QT 6.6.0 is installed. I am on an evaluation license.
    I am evaluating QT for possible use at our company, and stumble over a lot of things. This is the newest:

    I played with the  designer. I have multiple QML files in a project,  and I edited one in the  design mode so I can see the immediate effects.

    Then this suddenly crashed with  "Line 1: Qt Quick emulation layer crashed". Other QML files in the same project still show ok.

    In the forum this is mentioned quite often but mostly older entries. Is this a known bug/issue and is there a way around it?

      @Veit
      Just to say: if you do not get a good answer here, in this user forum, since you are "on an evaluation license" you might be able to ask/get help from the Qt Company if you need to?

          It does not :-) It's fine to ask this here, maybe somebody can help.
          It was just a hint from @JonB

            Of course not! You are welcome to post here! I meant only as I said: this looks like a possibly "difficult" one, or might be specific to you, so I just hinted that you might find you can call on TQtC if you need to for this. I don't even know if they would help, but maybe with an evaluation license they would be keen to :)
