How can we use COM component in Qt ?

Hello,
I am completely new to the Qt. Our application is build in VC++(MFC).
We are using COM component in that.
Now i want to use that COM component in Qt. So, please guide me , what are the steps i need to do to achieve this?
I am using below versions-
Qt - 5.12.11(Offline)
Visual Studio - 2017
I am able to access Qt in Visual Studio 2017 and able to load DLL. But not able to Use COM in that. Thanks in Advance.

Can we use our Existing COM component, which we are currently using with MFC Classes? Please guide me, i got stuck.
