You might want to consider updating your Qt Creator version. Current release series is 4.15.

Thanks for replying ..
We are not considering to update as we have some dependencies. Any idea what could be the issue. I have tried to install dependencies i know. Is there anything to do with OS and GDB version?

What dependencies do you have ?
Did you load the details as offered by the dialog ?
