Hi,
Which version if Xcode are you using ?
Which version of macOS are you running ? -
It just means that you run macdeployqt on an app bundle where it already has been run.
IIRC, there's an option to force a full re-run or you can nuke the bundle, re-build and run macdeployqt on the news bundle.

Were is that library located in your bundle ?
