Unable to find and add New Qt Version in Visual Studio 2019

Hello,
I am a beginner to Qt and I have successfully installed Qt VS Tools in Visual Studio 2019. However, I am unable to add the Qt version's path in Qt Options (see screenshot). It needs path to bin\qmake.exe. I am unable to locate the Qt folder in C drive as well. Could you please tell me from where to download and install the Qt build tools?
