arduino connect with qt c++ using serial port communication

i want to connect arduino with qt c++ using serial port communication.burt i tried many times i dont know how to connect .and then i want to send a data from file line by line through pc to arduino using serial port on windows/ubuntu 18.0 .already my colleague @sankarapandiyan shared the topic.but we didnt get the output.i dont know weather the problem is in the qt app or in the arduino
