How to do mouse tracking in window?

Hi all.
I'm kind of noob to qt, I want to set a groupbox hidden and shown when mouse cursor approach it, I have some ideas how to do it; I need to constantly check the cursor positions but I don't know how to implement this event with connect function, please someone help me out if can, very much appreciated.
By the way how can I get cursor poses ?
