After completion design when I am click on "Form>View Code" popup this error message.
Please give me a solution, if need more information I am ready to provide.

smells like a pyqt installation problem. Did you install it from a prepared package, or build from source?
I light my way forward with the fires of all the bridges I've burned behind me.
