Android Kit not configured

I am using qt 5.10.1 installed by V-Play tool on W10 Pro 64 bit.
added the android compilers using V-play maintenance tool as required and expected.
no android configured even when I click the android kit configuration option on new project. please find the attached capture for more details.
please assist me.despite
