Home & End keyboard shortcut actions?

I do not see a way to change the key shortcuts that perform the actions of "Home" and "End".
my muscle memory says "command-up arrow" does "move cursor to start of file" and "command-shift-up arrow" performs "select from current cursor location to start of file" (similar for "command-down arrow")
but there's no way to set that in the keyboard editor. am i missing something?

Hi
ctrl+home/end does the same.
Never saw a way to change it while looking for
a key to collapse/open all comments. Unless names something really unexpected
i do not think its possible to remap sadly. -

yes, i'm working on macos (hence "command" instead of "control", but i suppose i should be explicit)
note i don't want to know "what does the same", i want to use the keyboard shortcut that I want.
That's the point of a keyboard shortcut editor, right?

Except that Home and End are not shortcuts.
You have to change that at the system level.
I've seen an application for that named karabiner.
