QTabWidget scroll arrows overlapping tabs (hard to read)

I have a QTabWidget with some tabs. When the left/right arrows are shown then there is a tab just below the buttons.
I would expect that tabs are not drawn behind these buttons. This is the case if you scroll to the very right.
Sometimes it is possible to click between the left and right button and therefore active the tab below, which was not indented.
Also when it comes to styling it is much harder to style those buttons correctly to make them visible for the user.Is there anything I can do or can this be fixed?

Hi
Could you please take picture of this issue
and upload to some site and post link here ?It often helps others to understand the actual issue where graphics glitches or visually unpleasing artifacts are being discussed.

Hi,
What OS are you on ?
What window manager are you using ? -
Maybe related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-74187 and/or https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-50866 ?
