    Hi,

    How do I go about making my Qt application accessible to screen readers can access it? Is accessibility enabled by default with Qt 5.7 or do I need a plugin or change a setting or something?

    Any help is appreciated.

      @Danman
      official releases should have accessibility support enabled by default.
      As long as you use standard Qt widgets nothing should be needed from your side.

      Special custom widgets may need a custom accessible interface.

      But why dont you simply try it?

        Ok, good to know that official releases should have accessibility support enable by default. What would happen if I had both standard Qt widgets and special custom widgets? Would the standard widgets be accessible?

        When you say try it, do you mean try if it's accessible? I have, and it's not - unfortunately. I'm trying to access my application with LDTP but it can't find the application at all.

        Thanks for your reply.
