With the New Nokia Qt SDK it was said to contain latest version of Nokia Smart Installer for Symbian. However, the final release does not have the updated one, so anyone interested must first update their Nokia Qt SDK.

And the "source code":http://developer.symbian.org/oss/FCL/sf/mw/appinstall/ is actually available too
