    Is there a way to parse PDF files and also an embedded pdf displayer?

        We might have an issue with GPL.

        This is proprietary code that can't be released and I'm pretty sure GPL libraries go against that. Not sure about LGPL

          @Mike-Harris you may want to check the obligations of LGPL here just in case

              Poppler is GPL licensed so it's nothing for him ... :(
