Install Qt on windows XP

Hi everyone i would like to install qt on windows xp but when i download the online setup and run it i get this error :
qt-unified-windows-x86-3.0.1-online.exe is not a valid win32 application
Can you help me ?

If you have a virus scanner running, it might be that.

Must be service pack 3

I used
https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.5/5.5.1/
Using qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw492-5.5.1.exe
