compile qt plugin widget

i created plugin for my widget and when i'm trying to compile it, qt creator shows me a window:

what shoud i choose here?

@bronstein87 you have already compiled your plugin and yes you are trying to run it too, check the output of the construction of your plugin in the format of the library that was created in your qmake, remembering that the plugin does not run more yes just compile = D
