Qt program too big

Qt too big.
I have installed qt in my laptop but everything is too big, the windows, text and all the option. Even when The form are small, It looks so big.

Please, How can I reduce the size of the qt program?

you can see that mainWindow.ui looks big but when I run it it is small.
