There is no contact link at the end of the forum page for signal any problem... so where i'm supposed to find contact of administrators of this forum ? -

Nope, it's happened to me many times. You can click Mark all notifications read to get rid of it.

I've seen this too. It seems to happen when there are more actions on one item. The system stacks them to one notification, but the counter shows more.
I don't consider it a burning issue, but we do know about it. (it's just really hard to reproduce reliably)Tero
