How to use Bootstrap CSS 3 in QtWidget app?

There are a lot of pretty themes available for Bootstrap CSS 3 that have become defacto the standard for online web applications.

Since they look good, or better then Windows 7, 8, 10 UI I would like to make my Windows apps rather look like Bootstrap CSS 3.

I am not talking about the colors and bg images, but also the shape and size of the widgets. Similar to this
