Reformat removes all QML dot (.pragma) directives form Javascript file

When you select Tools-QML/JS-Reformat File on a javascript file, all .pragma directives are removed. This means that .import and .include directives are removed.
This is an attempt to get some traction on fixing this bug I reported last September. Please vote to get it fixed!
