QML Android Launcher

I created an android launcher, so far is really simple but I wanted to share it in case anyone is interested in contributing.

As of now you can launch application, it also detects new installations and removals.

I want to add more features and eventually even host themes and maybe include an small editor to customize it, If you have any comment or suggestion please let me know!

@SGaist I completely forgot about adding an screen shoot, I edited the post with one, the launcher very simple, it's just a vertical grid, hopefully someone is interested in helping me making it useful.
