When creating New project files the Define Class and other file creators are not displaying.

When files are added manually the following error is created:
!http://www.buy-fla.com/QT_error2.png(File creation)!

Any assistance appreciated.
Guidance and propulsion systems testing. But need a C++ GUI IDE that works. :)
