Problem with textbox

Hi,
I'd like to create a search field including: 1 textbox to enter key word, 1 listview to show result. But when the textbox is focused, the keyboard covers my listview.
What I want:

This is Symbian issue. In the next version of Symbian (Anna) there will be split keyboard (keyboard not taking whole screen) but I don't when will be implemented in Qt.

So is there any workaround for it? I found that Quick Search application in Symbian can do this.
