Getting item from Grid?

Hey,

Is there a way to get a specific item from Grid Element?

Example grid:

Grid {
id: boardGrid
columns: 20
rows: 12
spacing: 0
anchors.right: parent.right
anchors.top: parent.top

    Repeater {
        id : gridRepeater
        model: gameData.tiles
        Tile {

        }
    }
}@

If I would like to get the Tile item example from row 5 column 5, how can I reference to it?
