Error running application : Alignment trap

Don't know what's wrong with the problem, in target board running an application, several errors will come up like below:

Alignment trap: PC=0x40e2ef50 Instr=0xe5853000 Address=0x000468e9 FSR 0x813

and the application could run normally. QT version 4.7.0

temporary solve:
echo 2 > /proc/cpu/alignment

anybody could tell how to solve this by recompile this problem?
