Hey, does anyone know a good C/C++ library for rendering PDF files which is not under GPL oder any commercial licence? I know about Poppler but it's GPL because one of the submodules is under the GPL.

    Thanks!

The "Qt Wiki contains a nice article about the various options available for handling PDF documents":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Handling_PDF

Yes I already read the article, but all listed rendering libs are GPL and their seeding licenses are way to expensive.

If you want to do it yourself the article provides ideas how to use QPrinter to create a PDF. Btw some of the libraries stated at the article are with LGPL and Apache 2.0 licence.
