Web Assembly test app not opening in html window

Hi new to QT and QML - trying to get a first webassembly program to display in html. Seems to building ok but am getting 'failed to fetch' error in QT 6.9.. When I ran the app internally qt launched chrome. When i ran the html fiile externally edge was launched. Hope someone can help - want to get the buildvrun and debug settings right. Seem to have the right files showing up in the build folder but no joy with the app content showing.
Be great if someoene can help me out with this. I'm really impressed with Qt so far and want to get going learning more. Thanks.
