    Hi

I'm currently experimenting around figma, design studio, and the bridge between the two.

So I've created a little test project in figma, tried to import it into DS, and I'm getting an error saying file type not supported.

So to import my design, I click the blue "+" button as I think I understand this is what to do.
What surprises me is that in the import dialog, the file type filter shows no ".qtbridge" option.

But when importing it, I'm getting a file format not supported error.

I've also tried the Qt examples (the "Qt Design Studio Effects Demo" for example) that are available within the Figma community, and I have the same error.

I currently have no idea whether this is an export or import problem. However, renaming those .qtbridge files to .zip successfully unzip.

So could anyone try importing in Design Studio any of these files exported from Figma ? this would help me determine which of the two is problematic.
    Files available here

Both on windows 11 and MacOS Sonoma on unsupported macbook pro (2015) with OCLP for DS, design and export tested only on mac for Figma
    Design Studio 4.5.1

Did you install the plugin ?

Yep, my last line is perhaps not explicit enough, but the Qt Bridge Plugin in Figma is 4.5.1 build 2024.06.26

ok seems I didn't search properly

          https://forum.qt.io/topic/136316/importing-data-to-ds-from-figma
          https://forum.qt.io/topic/136905/is-qtbridge-available-with-the-open-source-license/2

So it seems that the QML bridge plugin can be used with the free version of Figma, but not with the open source version of Qt ? So that designs could be exported from Figma with a free version of Figma, but could be imported to DS only with Qt Entreprise licence ?
Those posts are two years old. Is this still the case ?

My bad, I misread this line.

As for the combo required to have the plugin working, I don't think things have changed.

Based on the documentation, it does look like a Qt Design Studio Enterprise licence feature.

no, on some of them there's unanswered questions about community licence.

I probably watched one or two more, but I don't remember seeing or hearing anything about licence.
